Answer: We have an approximately a 40 minutes waiting time policy. The time will start running once we receive the notification from the authorities, that your plane has landed. After the 40 minutes, the service may be considered as a "No Show" and no refund can be claimed

Answer: We planned everything before your arrival. If there are two flights that land with a 15 minutes difference, we assign the same unit. All this details are arranged before the services are booked and confirmed by our reservations staff.

Answer: A. If you made you request directly at this website, you will find an option to make the payment with PayPay®. We also have other options like cash upon your arrival. Ask our staff when you receive your confirmation letter.

Answer: We have both options. Our service are from the ariport to your hotel/villa and from your hotel/villa to the airport (round trip). We can also provide local transportation by the hour or by the day. Contact us for more details.

Answer: Just give us a call while you are here or tell your driver that you may want the service and we will contact you to make arrangements. Due to local regulations, you must request and pay for the service with a minimum of 72 hours prior to your departure.

Answer: All our staff is qualify to offer a unique service. Bilingual drivers. Our rates are lower because we work on a pre-booked basis.

Answer: Yes. The transportation service is for you and we have the opportunity to make a 30 minutes stop. This is an additional service and the cost is 30 usd.
